The best hotel EVER! The customer service is unmatched. Our room was elegant and comfortable at the same time. The vintage atmosphere was authentic and pristine. We will be back and we will stay here. It was hard to leave a hotel that casters to your needs like no other hotel experience ever. I have been raving about our experience since we left. The dining is Michiellan star ready.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel in the heart of Porto. The building is beautiful and opulent. The staff are warm and welcoming, and it feels like they want to tens to your every need. When we arrived there was a bottle of Douro region sparkling wine, and decadent macarons waiting for us in our room. Breakfast is high end, with local delicacies served. The dinner restaurant and bar are also excellent. Close to everything you want to see in Porto; very walkable. We will certainly be back!

We enjoyed three nights at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty. Offered a glass of port and shown around the hotel! The lobby and staircase take your breath away The breakfast was amazing and included everything one could want! The service was top notch. We enjoyed drinks and tapas at Scarlett the connecting restaurant. Perfect place to stay when in Porto!

Beautiful historic hotel. We sat sipping our complimentary port, waiting for Hercule Peroit to arrive. The hotel offered the buffet breakfast for €15 at checkin, rather than the €30 listed when I booked. Also included free glass of wine at the attached restaurant. The hotel service was attentive without being intrusive. Great location. Many restaurants in the area.

A very very beautiful hotel in the heart of Porto. Door service and front of house very elegant. We had a junior suite facing the inner courtyard and it was great but the children had a smaller room facing outside and unfortunately there were works just outside the window - not the hotels fault. The hotel is let down very very slightly by the food and drink service. Getting drinks to the pool terrace was incredibly difficult and slow. The breakfast offering was not in line with the quality of the hotel either but honestly not bad. Just let down by bad coffee, slow service and pastries etc could be better class. These are all minor grumbles but if ironed out, this is a great place to stay. Maid service on the other hand is exceptional!!!

Infante de Sagres Hotel in Portugal is indeed a heritage jewel of Porto. Its a refurbished 5-star hotel in the heart of Porto’s historic precinct. The hotel combines modernity and period style with traditional elements like the entrance foyer, main stair and passenger lift that were skillfully integrated. The buffet breakfast, main menu and accommodation and service were all excellent.
